We were out in a smoking room which I don't do. Some of the towels didn't look clean. There was crumbs in the sheets.....or lint like stuff...itchy. Liked the bathroom felt glamorous....after checkout a transient woman was being watched by staff....
Easy to find location. Office staff was helpful, but they had canceled my reservation because it didn’t have a name on the reservation! However there were rooms available; I was able to get a room at the reservation price. Heard the train go by as I was checking in… I was concerned about the train noise but the room heater was the noise that kept me up. Room flooring seemed slanted/tilted. There were two (2) roaches that I smushed just after I entered the room… didn’t see any others the remaining stay. The bed was comfortable, had to find a suitable pillow from their selection. At checkout, my bill address was incorrect and the agent was unable to correct it… won’t stay here again.
