This delightful downtown property offers covered parking in front of each room. Some larger units have three beds and work very well for families. Located close to many stores and eateries. Smoke free premises. 40 units. 1 story, exterior corridors.

The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. I requested an ADA room which was provided. The AAA/Senior discount was significant and was the deciding factor as well as the rating. I will stay there again on my next trip through Grants Pass, OR. The hotel is close enough to the freeway to find and far enough that you do not hear the freeway.

Dated room in disrepair. Very noisy, always on heater. Room didn't have a TV remote
