This spacious, landscaped property is positioned on both sides of the Deschutes River and offers river walks and trails. Guest rooms offer double vanities, which are perfect for families. Some rooms face the river and feature a balcony or patio. Smoke free premises. 221 units, some two bedrooms. 2 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.

This is an older facility. They appear to be working to update and upgrade all around. We had an issue with our hot water. We called the front desk and was promptly seen by someone who took care of it. We did ask for a room clean and bed made each morning as we were staying 3 nights. This was only done once, so this was disappointing. I like to be pampered when staying in a nice hotel.
Nice location with restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The location is somewhat busy, but you don’t really feel it with a parking buffer toward the main drag. Nice grounds riverside.
Very outdated room. Looked like major renovation was underway but didn’t help us. Had major issue upon arrival with sliding glass door and wet carpet. To their credit, maintenance fixed the door quickly but it took nearly two noisy hours while we waited. Don’t get me wrong…the hotel was okay but for the price tag, it should have been much better than okay.
Hotel placed us , my family in two rooms that were obviously not ready for occupation due to remodeling .
