This home away from home is directly across the street from the University of Alabama/Birmingham Medical Center. The suite-style guest rooms offer kitchenettes and pull-out couches in every room. Multiple unauthorized charges for additional days that were not booked nor discussed charged even after I checked out. When standing in the lobby waiting to address the charges there were 3 others with the exact same concern. The staff at the front desk not only are rude and condescending they also talk down to you as tho you are a child. They have absolutely no idea what’s going on and the lack of professionalism is astonishing!
