The hotel did not have my reservation I wound up sleeping in my truck on new years eve watching the ball drop in the lobby trying to get ahold of someone on the phone to help me get the room fix not a very good experience I every had in my life not a happy camper
This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I booked 2 rooms and one of the room's door does not lock. We were provided an alternate room room. The TV and the lights in both rooms were only show pieces, they never worked. The worst part was the stair case , which was as stinky as it could be. No maintanence and the hotel manager also charged me $100 per room as security deposit. Not sure what we could break if nothing was working
