Dirty mirror, discolored towel, remote totally worn and wouldn't tune channel Up only Down, debris around carpet edges, previous guest's balled up pair of socks on floor near TV, no late checkout, photo of building is misleading (it's way smaller than it appears), first step for back entrance is way too steep, towels are exfoliating. Yelp reviews are more realistic. I read TripAdvisor and expected more. Extremely disappointed.
