We had a paid reservation for an ADA 2 queen room. We were traveling with our cerebral palsy wheelchair bound adult son. When we arrived we were told it was not available but they had a king ADA with a hide a bed. We had no choice but to take it. The hide a bed had a mattress pad and torn blanket on it. We asked for it to be made up and they brought us another torn blanket and two pillows. I argued with the employee that there were no sheets and he insisted the torn blankets were the sheets. We were too tired to keep fighting so our son slept on it he bed as it was. We felt this was a bait and switch. I only wish I’d taken pictures but I was so mad I didn’t think about it.
