This hotel was horrible. It was dirty, and unkept. There was food on the floor in elevator and in the halls. This place really need to be updated. I had to ask for a room with a refrigerator to keep my medicine in. The breakfast was horrific. It was bagels, small croissants, one container of strawberries, cereal and milk. The cream cheese was in two medium size containers. They were repairing the parking area directly in front of thhe hotel, so you we had to park in the back of the hotel and walk around to the front. There was no entrance into the hotel from the back parking lot.
I plan on calling AAA directly and asking for a partial refund. The hotel was not as clean as i expect from a Ramada. There was no breakfast which was one reason I booked here. The restaurant was not functioning. My shower and bathroom were not well maintained. There was a lot of loud people and screaming kids until about midnight in the halls.
