Overall, it's a nice hotel and the staff is good. When I was there, the restaurant was closed for New Year's day so we had to order out since one of my friends isn't very mobile (in a wheelchair). Our order was not delivered because we couldn't go down to the lobby to get it after they had a pipe burst and flood the lobby, frying the circuitry for all the elevators. Being on the 22nd and 29th floors we were basically trapped. The girls at the front desk that night kept giving us a different story about when they would be back running. This was 3 days ago. To my knowledge, they thought they'd be fixed today. They had to find a medical transport company to get my friend down from the 29th floor because she had to leave and head home. When I left, it took them time to find someone to come up and carry my bags down for me, since I'm not able to carry 2 bags plus a tote and a winter jacket. If it wasn't for the elevator issue, it would have been a nice stay, but that put a real bad ending to it for us.
