No signs on building to tell us where we were. Clerks were not friendly and acted like we were inconvenience them. Carpet was sticky and old and rooms not upgraded. Old feeling. Cracks in ceiling and vanity was ready to fall right off. It was the most expensive place we stayed at on our road trip. Not worth the money.

Nobody contacted me to resolve the issue and nothing was done to compensate our trouble and unfit accommodations. AAA, I am disappointed with your service. You are the people and service we all count on but when you don't respond to your clients/customers, that's sad.
