The hotel staff are great, the breakfast was good, my complaint was that I had to request housekeeping and was told that they were too understaffed to clean our room on the second day and I had to find a house keeper myself just to get fresh towels!
The room and food were acceptable but not exceptional. My room was not properly registered and I was interrupted while in my room. I was told I would receive a 30% discount for their mistake but, that did not happen
