Horrible Experience. TV did not work, phone was dead, alarm did not work and nobody cared. Still have not heard from Management. Room was dirty too!

The Quality Inn was ok for the price, but the floor had what looked like potato chip crums, the shower drain backed up because of the hair clogging it (which I used a towel to get a clump off the drain top), the bed spread had dirt stains, and I killed a bed bug crawling on the bed.
