Desk personnel with poor attire, not business like at all. Only one bath towel in room; clerk said she would bring other towels when they were out of the dryer. She never brought them. I had to go down and get the hand towels and wash clothes the next morning. No shampoo in room. Swimming pool was empty, outside parking needed repaving and there were derelict abandoned cars parked there. Also sidewalks, walkways were in need of repair and landscaping was non-existent. For a place called Quality Inn & Suites, the quality was not there. I could not believe Choice Hotels would even had this hotel open. Especially considering I had to pay almost $200 for one night in the lousy condition that hotel was in? Way overpriced!
