The Quality Inn in Lacey Washington experienced a garbage truck accident that damaged the building early in the morning of the day I had a confirmed reservation. I never received any notification from the hotel, nor AAA regarding that fact. When I arrived to the quality inn in Lacey, there was a fence around the building, and the hotel was vacant and not operable. Thankfully the hotel next door (a Super 8) had a room available. Please do better in communicating this type of debacle in the future.
