The mattress is ok enough and they set up coffee by the front desk in the morning. They don’t supply even a tiny packet of shampoo so you must bring your own. There isn’t enough noise insulation, and they need to do away with the “courtesy” phone call to the room after checkin which woke me up just minutes into a nap. They also need to add do-not-disturb signs to the room, and they warn that you can’t bring an unregistered guest into your room or you’ll be kicked out. I’ve never heard of that before from any other hotel chain. They say it’s due to proximity to the Mexican border and human trafficking concerns but this motel isn’t anywhere close to the border.
