Motel 6 Los Angeles - Hollywood

I booked a room with 2 queen beds here on 10/29/2023 to stay for the night after I would see Nora En Pure at Sound Nightclub. When I finally arrived here, it surprised me on how clean the whole place was. Although the name had "Motel" in it, this place was on the same caliber as hotel. Every floor was fully enclosed with walls with no direct access to the outside, unlike many living quarters where only the rooms were enclosed, so the sounds of the city were more toned-down. Although I went on a trip here alone, I got an extra bed just in case a friend wanted to join me, and the price was not too much more than a room with a king bed. Everything about my room was perfect and set up for me. The bed farther from the door had towels shaped like two swans kissing on it, to which I was surprised by the elegance. The design of the room was pretty simple, and the bed closer to the door, which I chose to sleep on, was as comfortable as it could be. In the room, there were a small refrigerator, a large chest next to the TV, a table with two chairs, a nightstand between the two beds and free Wi-Fi. The restroom had a sink, a toilet and a small bathtub/shower. As most hotels, this place allowed you to add an extra hour to the check-out time, so I was pleased with that.

This hotel has a 134 rooms and only has parking for 28 cars.. And on top of that they charge you $20 a night for parking it also had a smell. There was also only one microwave for the whole hotel downstairs in the lobby. I trusted AAA rating for this one and was very disappointed.

It was clean and basic i gave it 2 stars because the motel has over 100 rooms and only 30 parking spaces. It is very inconvenient to park a block away and pay for parking in addition.
