Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for the marathon and the staff worked with us to make sure we had no stressful situations with the hotel and only had to concentrate on getting ready for the race.

Our check-in experience was top-notch. The woman was so kind and went above and beyond. However, the hotel for the price and prestige, does not offer much. There is no free coffee or any extra amenities compared to comparable brand hotels.
Hi Jessica We are happy to see you had a pleasant stay. Thank you for sharing insights regarding the overall experience. Best, Chuck
I rarely stay at hotels these days. I travel alone frequently, so I typically find other accommodation rental options that are more affordable. I booked Le Meridien because I was in town for a bachelorette weekend with a large group of friends. Long story short, this hotel was absolutely lovely. Most notable being the friendly and helpful staff. The staff frequently held open the front doors, helped with luggage up and down the front steps, and answered all questions happily. Everyone at this hotel that I encountered actually gave a hoot... or they were really good at acting like they did! The front desk staff was always amazing and the staff who took our breakfast order was delightful. Our room was clean, comfy, and better than expected. Let's be honest, I typically don't expect much from hotel rooms (low standards because they're usually disappointing). It's a Marriott property, so expect the sliding barn door on the bathroom. I think it's stupid but that's my opinion. A few other details to note: Most of the rooms don't have a "view". The property is a historic building slightly remodeled to be a Marriott hotel - it's unique! The hotel is walking distance to city hall which I sadly didn't get to walk to. There's no free breakfast... but the breakfast there is VERY good if you do decide to purchase something off the menu. This hotel does host events and it's easy to hear commotion from the room is you're near the event space. 10/10 would stay at again and I wold take advantage of the walkability next time. It's a good place to be if you don't have a rental car on your trip.
