In a renovated 1926 hospital, the property reflects a blend of historic elegance and contemporary comfort with chic stylish decor. The trendy rooftop bar has incredible sunset views over downtown. Smoke free premises. 74 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Staff not knowledgeable at all about surrounding area as far as restaurants etc.
Nice hotel. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Furniture was a little "worn", but kind of added to the "old hotel" ambiance. No in-room coffee maker was disappointing. Breakfast was pleasant, with nice coffee and a reasonable selection of foods. Booked the hotel because it was within walking distance of Popejoy Theater. Turns out you have to walk through the underpass beneath I-25 and that fills up with homeless at night, which makes the walk unappealing and possibly dangerous (as, according to the staff at the hotel they can get quite territorial). But, this is not then fault of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

Several things were absent for the stay. No coffee in room, No vending or ice machines. No meals available except for breakfast which was not done on time. Neighborhood was unsafe to walk in with homeless people around.
