We had a glitch in the room assignment. We were first sent to a room which had another person's items in it. We had to go back to the desk and were told there were no more rooms of our type left. They finally found one for us. We just found out that we were charged much more than our reservation. I am now trying to reach the Holiday Inn and AAA to have this discrepancy corrected. Have not been able to reach either of them.
