for us the bed was not comfortable. safety in the shower was minimal - one grab bar outside of the shower. Could have used a recliner. There was a very odd shaped couch with little padding. Looked like something ;a person would pick up at a garage sale.

This was my first stay at the IHG in Harrison. I normally stay at the Best Western. It took 3 days for the staff to get the room keys to work. The staff said the hotel had been renovated, but the coffee maker and the room phone didn't work. There were also dirty wash clothes in the bathroom that look like a mechanic had wiped his hands on them. The staff had no idea how to work the computer system. I think this hotel could do with another overhaul and better trained staff. I won't be staying here again!!
