The room was great. However, there was a problem with the door lock as soon as we arrived. The next day we were locked out of the room for the SAME LOCK problem. It took almost an hour to get the issue resolved. The toilet next to the master bedroom "ran all night".

It's UNACCEPTABLE that at night 11:05 pm ready to sleep Two very big ticks or fleas came out of bed We film everything and even the carpet without vacuuming.Never Ever happened this before. UNACCEPTABLE. We immediately returned home with the worst experience we've ever had. It’s UNACCEPTABLE this situation We We expect an immediate response to this situation that has never happened to us.
