There were some issues to start with - 1. coffee pot didn't work not enough water in cup. I did put enough in the pot. I have one of these at home. I know how to use them 2. grab bars in bathroom were loose and not safe. I am disabled. 3. no place to hang clothes 4. no wash cloths on our last day. They brought clean towels but nothing to wash with. 5. Toilet tissue was so thin, it was useless! We were expecting a great room from what AAA told us about you. We were very disappointed.
