This hotel is just steps from the L.L.Bean flagship store and outlet shops. The lobby has a welcoming fireplace, cozy seating and a 24/7 market. Guest rooms have a modern appeal and large TVs. Smoke free premises. 99 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Check in was suppose to be at 3pm. They said it'd be about 10-15mins more. 1 hour and 20 minutes later the room was ready. And when we got it. The room was still dirty and the sheet on the bed wasn't even on right. There was no toilet paper either. The staff just didn't seem to care that we had to wait over an hour after check in. Their were about 5 or 6 different reservations waiting in the lobby to check in as well. The hotel staff had no urgency to get the rooms ready and people checked in.

Very pleasant and open at the entrance where the lobby, restaurant, and breakfast dining area are. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean with adequate space. Ironing board and iron were available in the room. Gave 4 stars because there were no drawers for clothes. The location was great. Walking distance from the Outlet, LL Bean stores, and Main Street.
The rooms are very nice and clean. The only issue we had was for some reason the restaurant was not serving dinner or breakfast. In the morning they only had coffee and pastries. Since we had a 2 1/2 hour drive ahead of us, we were looking forward to having breakfast before leaving.
Beautiful hotel. Was located within walking distance to the Amtrak Station which was great since we traveled by train. Friendly, courteous staff.
The staff treated us like family, the room was clean and food was delicious! We will stay here again.
