From the higher floors, this downtown hotel offers bird's-eye views of the harbor, the Citadel and the Halifax city skyline. In the summer, a patio is available with barbecue grills for guests to use. Pick a corner room where two of the walls are pretty much all windows allowing for even better views. This hotel and the staff are phononemial. We stayed here because we were evacuated from our home due to the Nova Scotia Wildfires on May 28, 2023. At that time our rate was over $300 per nite. After our first night and we only had one night reserved I discovered that we would need more the accomodated us and dropped the rate by 50% They treated us perfectly
