Arrived Christmas night pipes burst on 3rd floor flooding 2nd and 1st floors no offers to give credit on room. Was woken up at 3am to fire alarms going off because of flooding. No coffee or tea in to he morning kitchen was closed because of flooding. They should have offered to find us another place to stay

They are in the process of renovating. Room was clean but but in needed some cosmetic work. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Would stay again after the renovation is completed.
