Old had a strong dog *** musty smell, carpet worn out , doors and walls missing paint

The room was not updated. It was old and not desirable. I requested early check in and was not accommodated. The front desk staff didn't seem to care. After a long red eye flight, I was tired and hungry. The cafe was not open and there were no other options. The happy hour was advertised as including light food, that turned out to be a bag of chips. I request coffee packs be brought to the room and they were never delivered. The whole place was a disappointment. I will let my AAA agent know that she should not recommend the Embassy Suites as an acceptable option.

The rooms were a little outdated but the customer service was great. We had a flight that got delayed and they let us stay for a late check out until 1:00 pm. They also held our bags at the front desk while we went and explored so we did not have to carry our bookbags with us. The breakfast was definitely lacking, however, that could have been because we got there later. Overall, I would stay here again and would definitely stay if the rooms were upgraded.
