I did not end up staying here because the place was so disgusting! There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom (& no bathroom fan), the room smelled of old cigarette smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room, and the carpeting in the common areas was not smoothly laid out (risking someone tripping). The only thing the staff member was concerned about was whether I had done anything in the room (I hadn't, other than looked around), because he wanted to make sure he could rent it--as is--to someone else. He offered me two other rooms (even though I heard another staff person tell two young men that the place was sold out): one room also had bathroom ceiling mold, and the other whose curtains didn't close completely. Am attaching photo of bathroom ceiling mold in the room I was supposed to stay in.

The price was good but if traveling with children or older family members, , safety would be an issue.. the cracked tiles in the bathroom wobbled whenever you stepped on them. Unfortunately, I thought booking a "nonsmoking" room meant that it was smoke free. You were warned of a $250 fine for smoking there but previous people obviously had. It was a good thing I had allergy medicine either me. The window treatments were torn and the sink was cracked, but still functional. The room had everything one would need, but the it was in need of repair.
