We had two rooms reserved and paid for in advance, but when we arrived, the desk clerk insisted only one room was reserved. Fortunately, I had emails to corroborate. It took a couple of hours for them to prepare a second room. Add to that the fact that one room had only one towel for two occupants (another trip to the front desk), the experience was not that great - hence, only 2 stars
