There was a Roach in the room, mattress dirty, carpet dirty. General manager on vacation hard to get a hold of. was told to send email with the pictures he checks his email often. No response. There was no one on site to help me with my experience. Health inspection needs to go out there. I wish I knew in advance that they have homeless living there. If that was the case close down the whole hotel like motel 6 and leave it for homeless. I didn't feel safe being there, it was 2 females and and a kid. Our door was always locked.
This place was old and run down. From the carpet, the damaged furniture, to the peeling shower/tub.
The bathroom is UGLY, tub and sinks are stained and cracked. Further the AAA shows Breakfast as part of your stay; I feel two pots of coffee in the lobby fall short of breakfast.
