Located just a short drive from many attractions, the hotel features an attractive pool area that has a slide and a waterfall. Rooms are contemporary in design and include reading lights. Smoke free premises. 200 units. 7 stories, interior corridors.

Parking fee was never disclosed. You get charged $22.50 for a resort fee that’s supposed to include parking but they tack on an additional $10 a day for parking. Mind you. The front desk person that checked me in didn’t even know I had a vehicle, so they just automatically added it. When I looked at my bill and asked why the 20 dollar difference, a different front desk person explained that it was for parking and provided the required parking pass. So not only did they charged for parking without knowing I had a vehicle but also my car could’ve been towed since they did not give me the proper parking pass at check in. Also their towels are too small

Without any notification until I got there at 8:30pm, this hotel rebooked me in a different property 20 minutes away. With such poor directions to the other property, that it sent me to a sketchy apartment complex. When I finally found the new hotel, they charged me extra resort fees and a deposit. I will never stay at the Crowne Plaza Orlando again.
