Given wrong room at first and only one was handicap room. I was told they did have a confirmed reservation made a month ago. Found a pending charge on my credit card of over $1,100 the next morning that I was glad I saw and had to call the desk. I was told it was a glitch. The mattresses in the room we were in need to be replaced. When you have two people it felt like I was rolling into the middle all the time. To their credit the hot breakfast was amazing and stocked well.

room was just "ok". had a smell of maybe cleaning solution.
Worst hotel ever. Filthy public restroom, disgusting pool, large room (which was the only positive), badly in need of paint and rehab. Leaky shower. Noise, all night long - from pipes, heating system, rooms above and beside. Cannot believe they were even listed on your website.
