Overall it was a good experience. I was a little hesitant based on some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and well supplied. Beds were comfortable. I had my 19 year old triplets with me and they enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was what I expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Miriam at the front desk helped me get my car mats cleaned. And the room attendants did a great job of restocking towels and working around our schedule. The location was good, too; minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and plenty of restaurant options around. Biggest drawback from my kids was that the hotel did not have a water fountain where they could fill their water bottles. But I would stay here again.
