Horrible staff. Night two of our stay wet got back around 2am after all day at a convention. Our room keys didn't work and when we went down to the desk no one was there. We spent half an hour calling the hotel, which didn't answer, customer service, who hung up on us, and AAA who helped us within the best of their abilities. My husband finally found someone sleeping in an office who was able to activate our keys, and who stated he didn't care if he kept his job. We will be talking more to management and to AAA. Do not stay at this location or honestly any hotel in this chain, after the lack of care their customer service gave us.
