hotel was lovely. location perfect. the concierge was supremely unhelpful and had no knowledge about the area.

Room was filthy, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was disconnected. The bathroom vanity and bedside table were broken with drawer fronts missing and the glass tabletop not adhered. The TVs were both on upon entering, which was very unnerving. The mattress was stained and had a too small protector pad covering it. The parking garage across the street charged $61 to park overnight, and the hotel did not accommodate for any of that cost. The only positive about this room was the location to the concert venue and downtown attractions.

Absolute horrid hotel. When we first walked into the lobby, a woman was at the checkin counter, turned around and told us "if you can, get out of here." She was on her second room change there and was not happy. We thought it couldn't be that bad. Well, when we got our room and went upstairs, the hallway carpets were filthy, there is trash in the hallway, there were footprints in our bathtub, the toilet barely flushed, the floors in the rooms were dirty, and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to go eat and decided we needed to leave this place. When we got back (3 hours later), we asked to cancel our reservation. They said because it wasn't within 48 hours, no luck. We asked to speak with the manger, but there was no manager on site. The desk attendant called the manager on her phone and was told no refund. We asked to when the manger will be on site. The attendant said in the morning. We came by the next morning around 10am and they said the manager wouldn't be there until 4pm. At 4pm...still not manger. We have asked AAA to try and get a refund but I believe we are probably out of luck. Overall, I would recommend not staying at this hotel.

Hotel lacks services, not very clean, poor breakfast.
