We didn't even stay there. Checked in and while there three different people walked in with aggressive looking dogs. Tile in the main area broken and pulling up in several places. Horrible odor in main area. Desk clerks very polite. Went into elevator-floor had multiple stains and it reeked. Hallway outside elevator on our floor had molding falling off the walls, carpet bunched up and stained, and again, it reeked. Went into room and it was much smaller and more outdated than pictures showed. Bed not made, bathroom looked worn out and not very clean. We were very upset-the pictures on the AAA website, along with a 4 star rating were so misleading. Made excuse to immediately check out. Was told I would lose a night's stay as a fee which was truly upsetting. Found a different hotel. It was clear that people live there, not just use the hotel as a vacation spot or short stay spot.
