Had to wait a long time before staff came out to front desk to get us checked in, like 25 minutes. Found out that the room we'd booked was not available. We were offered an upgrade, but for an upcharge, which although it wasnt much, I believe I shouldn't have had to pay for their error. Room was clean and it was quiet in the hotel. I might stay at this location again, however, there are other hotels nearby and I would probably book with one of them first, if possible. Not because of the room, but due to customer service and having to pay more than expected.
