Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Branson

Not a bad place to stay. Had basic service and very good location.

Bed was too high off the floor. Either get lower mattresses or provide some kind of foot stool.

The bed was a queen size mattress on a full size frame. Management was horrible also a particular so-called manager Amanda was very rude, confrontational, and Dismissive of my concern in reference to this bed size. The hotel seemed dirty and outdated inside as well. Like an old hotel, They tried to update. I will never go back there and you should not either! The only compensation I was given was half off of my first night and that’s after I fussed , they complained requesting corporate information.. Amanda gave me the phone number to this hotel, instead of corporate and told me to Google the address for the hotel when I asked her to repeat it.. the GM manager said because he liked me. I would get that discount…just Unbelievable the GM should’ve done it because the hotel is not matching Wyndham in Baymont guidelines and it should have been more than one night I got half off. I am very upset. Video attached go watch it!

Beds were comfortable, clean room, close to the expressway and the old part of town. Good cleaning and desk staff. Never ate the breakfast so I can't rate it. Could use a bathroom upgrade, but is usable.

Generally good experience. Toilet and sink were too low and shower slippery. Needs updating. Tough for seniors.

The property was having elevator problems while we were there. The coffee pot in our roo was broken, and the desk chair broke when my husband sat on it. I think the property is in need of updating. However, the staff were fantastic. They were so helpful and resolved most of our problems before we left. (replaced the chair and brought a new coffee pot).
