People were nice. Hotel could use an update Room had a musty smell AC was extremely loud hard to sleep.

First impression was the musty, stale odor in the hallways. The room we were given also smelled and the bed skirt, of one of the beds, had a big burn hole in it. This was not a major issue for us, just something to note. Still, we feared it would not pass our sanitation tests. We always check the room for creepy crawlers of any kind. We checked the beds. The mattress cover of one had stains we chose not to investigate. Under the mattress were three small black clunks we couldn’t identify, but they were undeniably organic. We gathered them up in a tissue, along with our luggage, and went to the front desk My vote was to leave. But we had driven several hours and were both extremely tired. We compromised by asking for another room. We gave the tissue and its contents to the desk clerk to figure out. The second room also smelled, but there were no obvious signs of infestation. We did, however, go to a nearby shopping mall to collect cleaning items and paper towels. We would do our own cleaning and did not trust the linen.

While the staff was very welcoming and responsive, the facility/room appeared old & worn (i.e. peeling, stained places on the wall, stains around the toilet, wrinkled sheets, large amount of space around door frames so lthere was ight & sounds from the hall & connecting room coming through, etc.).
