great hotel and location only issue was parking was not included in our package price through AAA (we flew out from OHare). Food was good too.
The hotel was ok but the shuttle from the airport was a nightmare. We couldn’t find where to get picked up at. We called the hotel 3 different times and got three different answers to where is was at. It took us an hour to find it. After an internal flight that is not what we wanted to do. Also the shuttle staff were rude too.
