- Children's prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children's fare. All children under 3.2 feet (1 metre) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
- It is recommended that you bring comfortable, lightweight clothing, walking shoes or trainers, biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothes.
- Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge.
- Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- Pick up is from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pick up time will vary depending on your hotel location. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.
