With over 15 years of experience, Chef Asher has a unique expertise that includes being a sous chef, a cheese connoisseur and a butcher. Class will begin by making a handmade cavatelli pasta from scratch. Combine semolina flour and egg yolks to create pasta dough from scratch. Master the art of kneading the dough before shaping it into pasta. Whip up a traditional creamy cacio e pepe with ricotta cheese, Pecorino romano and black pepper. Mix the pasta into the sauce and garnish with Italian basil and chives before enjoying your handcrafted feast.
