The casino was keep at an extremely cold temp. The room was not worth $200 a night but we enjoyed the casino games and food. Unfortunately there was lots of indoor and outdoor construction noise.
This is a very clean, modern and comfortable hotel/ casino. It offers a lot of amenities. The Willows Spa is fantastic.
We stayed at the hotel just so we could be close by to family members who live in the area. We wanted to have them come to the hotel for dinner with their three-month-old baby and the hotel would not allow because she wasn’t 21 years old. They need to lift the 21 & older policy, at least for the restaurants. The pool hours are way too short. They allow smoking in a big section of the casino,. Even though they had a non-smoking section it was still very smoky. Check-in should be earlier, more like 3 PM instead of 4 PM. And check out should be later, more like 11 AM or 12 PM.
