I had some small issues with the place like the condition of our sheets and no night housekeeping, but for a hotel that was full of kids, it was well maintained. The staff maintained the place while the kids were running around the place wet from the pool and the walls were solid enough that I only heard a couple of them running ad screaming through the hallway instead of all of them. And with all those kids in the hotel they kept the breakfast buffet full. The front desk staff were nice and friendly when I had an issue with our room, changed back to our original room once my family and I realized they originally put us on the quiet floor, and when I had to retrieve some stuff out of the room after checkout.
