I was immediately greeted by the front desk person who answered all my questions. The next morning the front desk person made sure I had something to eat as the shuttle driver helped me with my bags. It was very early morning and I was very grateful for their thoughtfulness.

The first room they offered me hadn't been cleaned. When I finally got to a clean room, one of the beds was badly worn. An alarm in a vacant room next door went off at 5:00. And I discovered the smoke detector had been covered with a plastic bag. (Called the fire department over that one.)
