We did not like that we had to request housekeeping and when we realized we had to and asked for it the next morning we were told we needed to ask 24 hours in advance. This is unacceptable, it should be the other way around and if we do not want housekeeping we let you know. We are paying good money and except our room to at least be freshened and have the beds made.
