The room HVAC system did not adjust temperature only blue the fan. There were no fitted sheet just sleeping on a mattress cover. The Coca-Cola machine on our floor wasn’t refrigerated so you could only get super warm soda and water.
Wonderful staff… Room was uncomfortable. AC vent placement a joke. Hardly any cooling effect in the Sierra tower. People should not be placed in those rooms when it is hot! Smoking in casinos is gross.

Location was good and convenient as it was on The Row and not far from the airport. The use of the kiosk for check-in would have been good if it worked properly but it didn't and had to wait awhile to be helped as there was only one person at reception.
