Great service, free breakfast and dinner buffets, great pool and hot tub, easy access to the Galleria.
Our reservation was booked incorrectly and when I called Drury customer service to have it fixed I was told to fill out a form online and they would respond promptly and help me. After filling out the online form, I got an automated email saying they will be contacting me in 5-7 business days. Our stay was scheduled for that week. Since the days on the reservation were wrong, I wasn’t in town yet and my reservation was canceled because I was marked as “no show”. Several days later I got an email back from Drury customer service which only said to call the same number I called to begin with. Hoping it would help, I called the number again and was told to fill out an online form. I’m done with Drury. Never staying at one of their hotels again.
