This hotel is part of the row of towering ones on the block. Guest rooms are compact, but in-house dining and the nearby subway is a big draw. The hotel has TVs which support streaming content. Smoke free premises. 612 units. 37 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: *Great location *AAA Travel had Best Price *Self/Valet Parking available $70-90 a day. *Restaurant in hotel *Comfortable King Bed Cons: *Upon arrival, told only 1 luggage cart available for whole hotel (600+ rooms)?? *Heat in room 1804 did not work. Just blew cold air. Called front desk, never resolved during 2 night stay. *1 of the 4 elevators in main lobby kept breaking down. Staff had to block it off with a plastic cone. *$5.00 + tax per 12 oz. cup of coffee (self serve in lobby)! *No mini fridge
The location was not the greatest. Other than that the hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The hotel room was average. Expected nicer accommodations for the price. Whoever designed the shower should be fired. The shower head placement was poorly designed. Hard to explain but water went all over the bathroom floor and there was no way to avoid it. Bed was comfortable.
