I have stayed in many Best Western hotels but this was completely different. The staff was really unfriendly, money minded and unwelcoming. Firstly, They were trying to force us to book another room even after having confirmed booking. Though the breakfast was complementary, did not allow us to take it 5 min early as we had a tour bus to catch.
Room very clean. Nice sheets. Desk chair half broken. Air conditioner LOUD like jackhammers going all night. The staff was not knowledgeable. I asked for transportation to the Moynihan Train Hall and the man said he had lived there 45 years and had never heard of it. He arranged a car, but when I went down before bed to verify, the lady at the desk just shrugged and said that there was no way to know what was reserved, and ‘what man’? Had excellent dinner nearby at Mountain Szechuan. I would not stay there again. Btw as of June 2023, the downstairs area was entirely a construction site.
Did not find an ice machine or vending machines.

Clean room comfortable beds nice water pressure in the shower as well as nice and hot accommodating staff decent breakfast
