They were very professional, our room was ready when we checked in everything was went very well.

I disappointed for it's three star status there was a small crack in the base of the wall. Regarding the bathroom a stopper is needed on the back of the door so the bathroom door doesn't slam against the wall. For those who are physically challenged the grab bar needs to be placed on the side of shower not just in front. Hot water takes a little while to heat up even in warm weather. The iron board cover was a bit dirty. Although they were aware and respected social distancing there was no hand sanitizer available in the gym area. however, the attendant questioned why I returned to the breaking area after dropping my food on the floor. The freezer needed defostering for a more thorough clearing after food particles got caught up in that area. Although the housekeepers were kind and hard word, they did forget to come to my room a couple of times. The bed slept confortably. The Victory Bar Grill, the food was prepared prefectly and the young lady was serving was a one man army of professionalism, couresty, and skill. The decor was nicely done and pleasant to look at. If you have a lot of electronic devices you're in luck here, it has bunch of plugs. The breakfast items were plentful and tasty. Ample free parking. Dining area is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. If you're looking for a visual masterpiece or a good walking area in the nearby neighborhood, forget about. Between the Philips Morris plant, the port traffic, and the abanonded area next door you're not getting it here. The door peephole was scratched and cloudy. Meanwhile, I very much enjoyed Rachel's handling of the front desk even in very busy times. But the night time desk was not eager to assist when I checked back to see if left my charger.
